The Library holds some textbooks for classes and we put them on Reserve. We do not hold books for all classes at LACC. If you are interested in buying your textbooks, please contact the LACC Cubstore (Bookstore).
OneSearch is available to search our catalog for your textbooks.
Reserve Books
We put current textbooks on Reserve at the Circulation Desk, which is located on the first floor on the library.
Books on reserve can be borrowed for two hours at a time for use only within the library (they can't be taken home or outside of the library). Since we have limited copies of textbooks, we put them on reserve so as many students as possible have the option of utilizing the book to complete assignments.
In some cases, we have older editions of textbooks, which may be borrowed for 28 days. These books can be found in the Stacks, which are located on the third floor of the library.
Librarians at the Reference Desk on the first floor of the library are also available to help you use OneSearch to find textbooks.
